The following items cannot be returned for a refund - anything that could be a health or hygienic concern, earrings, hats, shoes, dry clean only and items sold with a coupon code, discount, sale or clearance price. If you feel the package was stolen or is missing contents, a police report or postal fraud claim may need to be filed to be eligible for insurance. If your package shows delivered via tracking but you did not receive, you may request the GPS coordinates from your local post office. If you receive notification from the Postal Service, you (the buyer) will be required to bring the item, packaging, and all contents to a Post Office. USPS has recently updated their website with this requirement - You (the buyer) must retain any damaged item, packaging, and all contents until the claim is resolved. Be sure to save everything so a claim can be filed. If the item is received damaged, you will need to provide photos of the shipping container / packing materials and the item so that the process can begin to file an insurance claim.
If an item is undeliverable, refused or returned to us, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs in the original order and any penalty assessed by the postal service for processing the return to us. We cannot accept returns that have been worn or used, have perfume smells / odors or deodorant stains.
